Your engagement season is such a special time. No matter what package you choose, we find so much joy in taking as many things as possible off of your plate.
Throughout your entire engagement season and wedding planning journey, we will work closely to make your dream wedding day come to life. We’ll approach this process with intentionality. Your love story, your priorities, your wants and needs will remain in focus the entire way.
We’ll guide you to build a wedding day that exceeds your expectations, provides a phenomenal guest experience, but most of all honors what has brought us to this day – your love for each other.
THE PROCESS
STEP NO. 1
Let’s get to know each other!
We’ll set up a time to chat via video call over a cup of your favorite coffee. You’ll tell me all of the details about your love story and of course, all about the proposal!! You’ll share where you are in the wedding planning journey and give me all of the details – whether they’re currently just hopes and dreams or are things you’ve already set into motion!
You’ll hear about our services and planning process, and we’ll talk through what services make the most sense for you and your partner. You’ll ask all of the questions and make sure we’re the perfect fit!
STEP NO. 2
Date secured, and now the fun begins!
I’m beyond excited to be along for your wedding planning journey! You’ll get all set up with my client portal, which is full of tailored resources that enable you to make intentional decisions and savor your engagement period. You’ll have access to the Events by Delaney wedding planning checklist, which will ensure no detail goes untouched. You’ll receive a design board that is reflective of your love story and wedding day dreams.
You’ll dream up all of the wonderful possibilities for your wedding day and we’ll set them in motion!
STEP NO. 3
Checking things off the to-do list, one step at a time!
We’ll begin working through the checklist. We’ll have flexible, virtual meetings to accommodate your busy schedule as frequently as is necessary. No matter what package you choose, we’ll stay in touch throughout your entire planning journey. We’ll be here to answer all of the questions, all of the time!
STEP NO. 4
The final preparations!
The countdown is down to just a few weeks, and everything is coming together so beautifully. You’ve done as much as possible ahead of time and have passed all of the details over to us, so all of the remaining tasks are in our hands. Now, the most important thing left on your checklist is to enjoy your last date night as an engaged couple.
You’ll be able to relax, take in the sweet anticipation with your soon to be spouse, and rest assured that we’ll handle any of the inevitable last minute surprises.
STEP NO. 5
Let’s get you married!
First, let’s take a moment to jump up and down with excitement because YOU’RE GETTING MARRIED!!
You’ll be getting ready, practicing your vows, stepping into that stunning outfit, and not thinking at all about the logistics, because you know that we have that handled. You’ll have plenty of time to savor all of the emotions, hug your people, and get ready to walk down the aisle and marry the love of your life.
You’ll celebrate the night away with all of your favorite people in one place. The love and happiness in the air will be overwhelming in the best way, and you’ll have the most incredible first hours of being a married couple!
